The Right Claim is a Loss Assessor set up to protect the interests of personal and business insurance claimants

What exactly is a Loss Assessor?

When you make a claim, the insurer will appoint a Loss Adjuster to examine your claim on their behalf. They are not, however, there to help you or to assist you in preparing your claim. They are there exclusively to do one of two things:

• Find a basis for the insurer to reject your claim immediately
• If the claim is unavoidably valid, to seek to limit the insurers liability exposure by reducing the value of the claim
